Abstract

Maulana Jalaal-ud-Diyyn Ruomii has compiled the teachings of Sufism in his famous book “Mattanavii”. According to him, Sufism is to achieve the acquaintance of ALMIGHTY ALLAH by following Islamic Law and spiritual Path (Shari’at o tareeqat). The motivation to achieve peace of heart and struggle for it is compulsory.  He also urged to forget the differences & to live with love and peace being a unit. In this paper the above mentioned sufism’s teaching discussed in the light of Mattanavii by Maulana Ruomii.
